Horrow Sports Ventures boasts an impressive client list, constructed over the past 14 years. HSV has demonstrated its abilities for teams and organizations in virtually every sport. Site selection, lease negotiations, public/private partnership financing and project implementation are just some of the services HSV provides to leagues, sanctioning organizations and teams.
NATIONAL FOOTBALL LEAGUE - HSV has served the NFL as its lead stadium consultant. HSV coordinates facility development, modernization and lease negotiation process for various NFL franchises through the Office of the Commissioner. HSV has assembled a League-wide stadium data bank inventory, referendum implementation, skybox and club seat structuring, plus site, design, transportation and parking considerations. HSV analyzes all issues pertaining to sports authority creation, municipal governance and facility oversight. HSV successfully developed referendum efforts for stadia in Cincinnati, Nashville, Tampa Bay, Detroit, San Francisco, Baltimore and Cleveland. Its most current stadium effort is the new facility in Philadelphia, scheduled to open in the late summer of 2003.
INTERNATIONAL SPEEDWAY CORPORATION - HSV, in concert with ISC, developed the NASCAR-sanctioned national racetrack development process. HSV's most recent ISC effort is the new $228 million speedway in Kansas City, KS.
BALTIMORE ORIOLES - HSV assisted the Orioles in all phases of their state-of-the-art training complex in Fort Lauderdale, FL.
NEW YORK METS - HSV currently is involved in discussions regarding a state-of-the-art Major League Baseball facility in conjunction with the City of New York.
NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF PROFESSIONAL BASEBALL LEAGUES - HSV provides consultation to all minor leagues and teams with regard to facility development and modernization, financing and lease issues, governmental relations, and community and corporate marketing. HSV's services are available to over 160 franchises at the Single-A, Double-A and Triple-A levels throughout the United States and Canada.
CBS SPORTSLINE USA - HSV assisted in the development of the business plan and implementation strategy for one of the most popular sports sites on the Internet. HSV provided contacts and league, team and agent relationships to expand SportsLine's sports information services, along with strategic consulting on fundraising, corporate growth and future expansion of site services.
STATE OF VIRGINIA/VIRGINIA TOURISM CORPORATION - HSV helped the state promote tourism with a strategic initiative for economic development through golf course facility development, golf promotion and marketing.
GREAT WHITE SHARK ENTERPRISES - In partnership with Greg Norman and his development group, HSV identified and implemented real estate, golf course and international facility development opportunities.
ALABAMA SPORTS FOUNDATION/CITY OF BIRMINGHAM/JEFFERSON COUNTY CIVIC CENTER AUTHORITY - HSV designed and coordinated a strategic initiative for developing infrastructure, recreational, arts, convention, transportation and sports facilities for the Central Alabama region.
HAMPTON ROADS PARTNERSHIP - HSV provided and coordinated strategies for development of an integrated infrastructure program for the 15 governmental agencies in the Eastern Virginia.
METROPOLITAN RICHMOND BUSINESS FOUNDATION - HSV designed and implemented a strategic plan for the coordination of sports, arts, cultural, convention and infrastructure needs for the Greater Richmond region.

In addition to the ongoing relationships described heretofore, Horrow Sports Ventures has also had partnerships on projects that are already completed, on time and on budget. Herewith, a summary of structural efforts that reached fruition and flourish today:
CLEVELAND INDIANS - HSV coordinated and implemented the transfer of the Indians' spring training facilities from Arizona to Florida in 1993. It was the first interstate shift of a spring training facility since 1966.
COLUMBUS (OHIO) COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT COUNCIL - HSV took an active hand in structuring the site development and public/private partnership process for the arena that now is the home of the NHL Columbus Blue Jackets.
LADIES PROFESSIONAL GOLF ASSOCIATION - HSV undertook the development of the public/private partnership that resulted in the LPGA's destination resort, offices, Hall of Fame, championship golf courses, teaching complex and residential development at its international headquarters in Daytona Beach, FL.
INTERNATIONAL MANAGEMENT GROUP (IMG) - HSV developed business opportunities, including facility marketing, corporate sponsorship and the creation of action plans for sports authorities, convention bureaus/tourist agencies.

Another HSV-inspired project, the Metropolitan Area Projects Strategies ('MAPS') has been emulated throughout the United States. 'MAPS' represents a creative method of developing public infrastructure (convention centers, arenas, stadiums, parks, libraries, tennis & golf complexes, plus other facilities) through a coordinated public referendum process.
